Hispanic Law Student Association (HLSA) invites you to a Hispanic Heritage Month Panel on, “Latinos in the United States”.

The HISPANIC LAW STUDENT ASSOCIATION (HLSA) at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law is pleased to invite you to A HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH PANEL about legal dimensions and social/community implications of some of the ways Hispanics/Latinos become part of the nation.  Discussion will include immigration, asylum, and such non-citizenship measures as Deferred Action (DACA) and the proposed DREAM Act.  Panelists for this event include attorneys Eric Henton and Terry Olsen, and the West TN Coordinator for the Tennessee Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC), Iris Mercado
