National Law School Mental Health Day is Monday, March 28th.

A stress relief table will be outside the student lounge from 10am until 3pm.
Activities will include adult coloring, stress relief balls, a cup of green tea, tips for handling stress.
A gratitude box will be at the table. We will ask that each of you write down a positive thought, a way you cope with stress, or a kind word and drop it in the gratitude box.
Stop by and promote self-care.
SBA, Health Law, Memphis Law Plus 1, and the Mental Health Law Journal join in efforts to raise awareness. We are all effected.
