Image result for checklistAlthough the Tennessee Bar application for the July Bar exam does not open until March 1, you can print the Law Degree Verification form and have it notarized by the Law Registrar, Cheryl Edwards [Room 264].  If Ms. Edwards is not available to notarize your form, Ms. Sandy Love (clinic) is a notary. Email her for an appointment. It is not required that someone at the law school notarize the form.

Planning to apply for Non-Standard Testing Accommodations? You should start early by reviewing the requirements.

The application is not due until May 20, but the Director of the TN Board of Law Examiners explained at the 3L Bar meeting, an applicant who wants feedback/update on their application should have everything submitted before May 1.

Not sitting for the Tennessee Bar exam? Check with your state’s Bar Examiners website for deadlines and requirements.  No matter the state, this type of form or a letter will be sent from the Law Registrar’s office verifying your degree.
