TOMORROW! Spring 2019 Legal Clinic and Externship Course Fair – Tuesday, October 16th, from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
Please plan to join us on Tuesday, October 16th for the Spring 2019 Clinic and Externship Course Fair. The Fair will offer you the opportunity to speak with Clinic and Externship faculty, numerous Externship field supervisors, and Clinic and Externship students about the FOR-CREDIT Legal Clinics and Externship Course field placements to be offered during the Spring 2019 academic semester. The Fair will begin at 12:00 p.m. and conclude at 2:00 p.m. It will be held in the Student Lounge on the main floor of the Law School. Food will be provided. ALL STUDENTS ARE INVITED.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about the following Spring 2019 Legal Clinic courses:
– Elder Law Clinic (Professor Donna Harkness)
– Mediation Clinic (Professor Steve Shields)
– Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic (Professor Katy Ramsey)
– Neighborhood Preservation Clinic (Professors D. Schaffzin and Barlow)
In addition, you’ll be able to talk with representatives of the many for-credit field placements with federal and state judges, government law offices, administrative agencies, health care institutions, community law offices, and in-house counsel offices to be offered through the Spring 2019 Externship Course.
Lastly, please note that the Clinic and Externship application process is now OPEN. The deadline to apply for a Spring Clinic or Externship will be Tuesday, October 23rd.
